New park to be built by players
Just behind root plaza is an empty plot of land that has been open for all to freely edit. This area is open to allow players to build a nice park or resting space for the city.
This project has a chance to fail due to griefing or poor management, however it is a good starting opportunity to allow players to directly contribute to the look of Arctana. The design and resources are up to the players, with a large cash prize to be won to those who worked the most on it.
It's greatly encouraged to participate and co-operate with others to build a beautiful plot of land as a permanent mark on the city. Although the area is small, more public building projects will be announced if it all goes well.
